I am a personal trainer and strength coach based in Agoura Hills working with adults locally and online who want to build strength, improve energy, and create structure through training, nutrition, and daily routines.


My approach is rooted in personal experience. I grew up struggling with weight, confidence, and consistency. I was never the naturally athletic one, and during college I fell into unhealthy patterns that left me feeling scattered and undisciplined. What changed everything was not motivation or extremes.
